Data protection
- The company Vyhlídka Prosek s.r.o. with its registered office at Teplická 275/30, Střížkov (Praha 9), 190 00 Praha, ID No.: 09626905, processes the following personal data in the case of your request for services within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data:
name and surname
email address
phone number - Your name, surname, email address and telephone number must be processed in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer or to respond to an enquiry made by you. Such processing is permitted under Section 5 (2) (b) of the Data Protection Act. This personal data will be processed by Vyhlídka Prosek s.r.o. for the duration of the contract negotiations between you and Vyhlídka Prosek s.r.o., not longer than 1 year from your enquiry, unless you give your consent to further processing.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by Vyhlídka Prosek s.r.o., i.e. the personal data controller, but personal data may also be processed for this company by other providers of processing software, services and applications, which are not currently used by the company.
- Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- require us to delete this personal data – however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations,
- contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
